How to Position Logo Over 2 Containers/Blocks?
9 replies · Started by Myles on December 28, 2022
I have two containers. The footer and another block/container above it, each with different color backgrounds.
I'd like to add a logo that lies on top of where the two blocks meet, so 50% of the logo is shows on the top container and the bottom 50% are on the bottom, footer container.
Is there a way to do this?
Hi there,
Any chance you can link us to the page in question?
You can use the private information field:

Let me know :)
Sure, please look at the footer at the link provided. YOu will see how the logo overlaps with two blocks.
Can you link me to your site in question so I can see your setup and provide the best method possible?
I haven't event attempted it yet, because I don't know how to.
But here is my staging site: https://wordpress-688581-2273186.cloudwaysapps.com/guides/
Are you trying to add the logo here?

Yes, precisely there.
Follow the steps here:
1. Edit the Footer element:

2. Add an image block before the Grid and set it to align center:

3. Add a negative margin-top to the image block:

Please modify the -180 as you see fit.
