How to parameter "info template" from GP site library

Hi there,
I just installed one of your new template from you site library, named "info".
I'm a bit confused because i think I have the answer in front of me but I don't see it :)
Actually, i'm trying to change homepage blocks in order to replace demo content by my own content.
But i do not see where to proceed as it is not on "elements"
What am I forgetting? :)
Please find URL on private information field.

the Info site home page is just a static page - just edit the home page :)

Going to Pages > Home > i got this only https://prnt.sc/elCJlVgzdYF3
The site is built using the Block Editor.
Do you have any plugins like Classic Editor plugin that is disabling the block editor ? If so you need to disable that.
