    Hello,
I recently installed GP and purchased your plugin. Everything seems to work fine after I migrated my website to the GP theme. The only remaining problem is that page margins appear very wide in mobile view leaving little room for the copy. The margins take up about 40% of the cell phone screen. In desktop view the margins appear fine. I would like to have the information that I place on webpages extend as close to the cell phone screen edge as possible. I have tried various settings in customize but all seem to confine my typing the the middle two thirds of the view.
Might you help me out. I will send you a screen shot if you contact me by email.

    Hi Ron,

You can provide the screenshot on our private information text field –

    Hi Elvin,
I cannot seem to move the jpg image from my desk top into the private information box. When I highlight the image on my desktop screen and click save, it wants to save a copy of the image on my desk top. I suppose I could create a new url on my website with the cellphone image on it so I could send you the url. But there should be an easier way. Even if I cannot email you an image, what I want is to have as small a margin in cellphone views as possible.

    Hi again Elvin,
It occurred to me that you can just go to one of my webpages, https://vetspace.2ndchance.info/all-of-dr-hines-dog-health-articles/what-to-do-when-your-dog-has-heartworms/ on your cellphone to see the issue. Perhaps there is no margin issue. I do not own a cellphone. I just use the mobiletestme emulator site to see how my webpages appear on mobile. Do my GP margins seem to be set to the narrowest possible using the GP theme?

You can attach the image by uploading it on a screenshot sharing site – https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#uploading-screenshots

Where you trying to make the space for the content wider?

If so, you’ll have to reduce the padding for mobile on Appearance > Customize > Layout > Container. Reduce the Content padding on the left and the right side.

You’ll also have to reduce the padding being added from the third party plugin named “Post and page builder” installed on your site. I’m not exactly sure if this plugin has a UI for this so you may have to ask its developer/support. 😀

    Thank you Elvin,
The first part regarding GP and appearance settings will be easy. However I am not sure about the Boldgrid plugin. I will talk to them or, perhaps switch to elementor.
