How to noindex a single page

Hello, I would like to noindex a tripwire landing page so it won't come up in a web search and wonder if it's still possible to do that with a hook element. I saw that noted in a post from two years ago in this forum but wanted to be sure that is the correct way to go about it. Thank you for your help and direction!
