How to modify single post Previous and Next Post?

Hi...
Kindly check my single post...
there at the bottom, I have added a text as " Stories you may like to read "
Just before that text, Next and previous post appears...
I need two things
1 - How to Disable that Next and Previous Posts showing there?
2 - How to Modify it's size, style, location... ( I want this If I need to keep and have a better look )

Hi Sibi,
You can disable the post navigation at customizer > layout > blog, uncheck the Display post navigation box under single tab.

If you'd like to customize the post navigation, I would recommend updating to GPP 2.0 and install Generateblocks plugin in order to use GP's dynamic block element.
