How to make the TOP BAR smaller ?

I just wanna ask how can I make the orange TOP BAR:

Becouse I dont wanna have there any content, on this moment

Hi Robert,
You can create a Block Element - Hook in Appearance > Elements. Then hook it to before_header. Add a GenerateBlocks Container Block. Then, set the min-height through the Block settings. Set the background color as well.
