How to make the mini-shopping cart appear in the website sidebar

I noticed that the GeneratePress editor has a woocommerce mini cart, I know it is possible to display the mini cart in the custom, but the functionality I want is that when I click the add to cart button, the mini cart can be displayed in the sidebar , how can I achieve this, should I install other plugins?

Yes, you would need a third party plugin for this.
