how to make Slide images fixed

I am Building a new website for our Company, I am trying to make my slider and images Fixed so when we scroll down the page it is hidden behind instead of scrolling with the page like this one https://www.ampaevents.com/

You will need to find a slider plugin that allows you to achieve the effect you are looking for :)

My go to slider plugin is Smart Slider 3 but I'm not sure if it does what you want. I've only tried the free version.

Best to check out a few for yourself.
