how to make section image 100% horizontal width

Hi there,
couple of methods:
1. Select the Image Block - in the toolbar above the image block - the third icon along ( that looks like a sandwich ) is the alignment option - click on that and select Full Width.
This is a core block and the method it uses is some rather hackish CSS.
The alternative option:
2. Set your Page Builder Container to Full Width:

Then construct your page using the GB Container Block.
You can then set the inner content width for your contained elements and set it to full width for your full width elements.
