How to make parent menu with no page

I want to make a menu like this:
Services
Service1
Service2
Service3
I don't want anything to happen when someone clicks on services, just on Service1, 2, or 3.
How would I go about that please?
When creating your menu in "Appearance > Menus", add the "Services" page as a "Link" by selecting the "Links" area on the left.
In the URL field, add a hashtag: #
Link text can be "Services".
Once you add it to the menu, you can indent the child pages beneath it, and when you click it, it won't go anywhere.
