How to make navigation menu background white color

The background color of my main navigation menu is white when scrolling down the page, but on first-load, or scrolling back to the top of the page, there is no white background appearing, it just appears as black text for the menu items. How can I make this stay white background?

I can't seem to replicate the issue from my end.
Can you try clearing your browser's cache, or try using a different browser?
