How to make my header menu transparent

Hello! I would like to make my header menu completely transparent and to overlay the menu on the first section of the page. Can someone help me do that easily?
Hi there,
you can use a Header Element to do that:

1. Go to Appearance > Elements - > New > Header
2. Go straight to the Site Header Tab - Check Merge with Content.
3. Now you can check Edit Navigation colors and set them to transparent background
4. Set the Display Rules for the pages you want it displayed on.
