[Support request] How to make header transparent?

Hello,

I followed below steps but it is not working:-

To make the navigation transparent, head to Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation > Background and delete the hex value in there.

Can you please tell me how can I make my site header transparent?

Hi there,

your site is built entirely with Elementor including the Site Header – the Theme has no control over that. That would have to be set in Elementor.

If you were using the Themes header/navigation then you can use a Header Element to merge the nav with the content and set its background to transparent:
