How to make footer red and letters white_

On attention.cc, I would like to make the footer background red color and text inside white. How can I do that?

The Colors you wish to alter can be modified in Appearance > Customize > Colors as such: https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruOydPm
Specifically, it is in the Footer Widgets and Footer Bar section.
