How to make a text section repeat itself across blog posts

Hi Generate Press,
I would like to create a type of hook or element that can repeat itself in all blog posts. I have already other hook elements that are also set to appear at the end of the posts.
I have two questions:
1) How do I make the second element a hook element? See screenshot and also link:

2) How do I order the hook elements set to appear after the blog posts? Do I do this via prioritization?

Hi there,
1. You can create as many Hook Elements as you want.
2. If element and 1 and 2 are both added to the same hook then you can set the Priority of the hook. Lower numbers come first. So setting a Hook priority to 9 it will appear before the Hook with a priority of 10

1) I used the "Block" and then "Hook" element.
2) Changed priorities as instructed and it works.
