The first bar. Where it has information, sign in process, wishlist and cart.

You can achieve that top bar using the Top Bar widget area in GP. You would just need to add widgets to it.

On the left, that’s just a regular text widget.

On the right, your best bet would be to create a menu in Appearance > Menus, then apply it as a widget using the Custom Menu widget.
