YousefOctober 2, 2022 at 7:22 pm #2360969Fernando Customer SupportHi Youssef,
These are WooCommerce Shortcodes. You’ll find their documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#products
What exact changes are you wanting to apply?

The image is a background image of a container block. In the homepage editor, you can select the container block and switch its background image.
On the home page I want to place my own categories and the products that go with them.
These are using Woocommerce shortcodes, you can change them by changing the shortcodes.
For more info: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#products
As it’s Woocommerce’s functions, if there’s anything unclear, it’s better reach out to Woocommerce’s support.
If you are not familiar with coding, try installing Woocommerce Block:https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-gutenberg-products-block/, you can use Woocommerce blocks to replace the shortcode sections.

October 3, 2022 at 2:21 pm #2362006YoussefDear Ying,
could you please assist me.
Thank you very much for the links, I can see the products in my category.
Some small details I can’t find:
The photo has SALE! on the top right corner How can I remove this please?
It’s possible to have arrows on the left and on the right. Many thanks
October 3, 2022 at 6:28 pm #2362113Fernando Customer SupportYou can remove the “Sale” text by going to Appearance > Customize > Layout > WooCommerce, and disable the Display Sale Flash or Sale Flash over Image depending on your preference.
As for the arrows, are you referring to a carousel type of product section where you can scroll through products through the arrows? If so, you would need a third party plugin for this. Maybe this article I found in Google would help: https://blog.hubspot.com/website/best-woocommerce-product-slider-plugins

October 7, 2022 at 3:56 am #2366051YoussefHello Fernando
Many thanks for your help and support.
I am sad to say that all commands on the site : https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#products did not worked for me.
The shortcode that worked fine get it from : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shortcode-for-categories-by-id/ . The one that i use [product_categories IDs=”21,22,28,30″ columns=”6″ parent=”0″ ]Regards
