How to link to author page with dynamic text?

Hi could you guys help me with the next thing.
I want that if people press on the name of the author, in this case go to the author page.
In this case https://www.kleurintens.nl/author/manon-van-diemen/
This thing is inside a hook element and i want it with dynamic text. Cause if there is a post of someone else i want that it links to that person their authorpage.
