How to integrate Author pics in Feature image?

Here is an example that looks cool.
Hi there,
create a Block Element - Page Hero.
Use that to add the Featured Image, Avatar Image and Post title.
You can use negative top margins on the GB Image block to pull the avatar over the featured image.
