How to insert Easy Social Share Button (Social Media Icons) below the first image of every posts?

By first image, are you referring to he featured image of the post?

It’s not a feature image. I always manually insert images when I create new a new post including the first image.

apart from manually inserting the Social Icons shortcode after each image this would require custom development. Or you can try this plugin which allows you to insert content in many places:

If of course you were to use the featured image we could simply use a GP Hook to add the shortcode.
