How to insert H2 and H3 tags in content

in the blogpost, there are only text boxes to enter content, but how can we insert h2 or h3 tags on headings.
Hi there,
if you're using the latest Block Editor then type:
/heading in a new text line or hit the +block and search for heading block and add.
The heading block will allow you to select H2 --> H6.
