how to increase time Speed of the TTFB

Hi, my site speed is overall great thanks to you but really bothers me that TTFB is so high in such a lightweight page! am I doing something wrong? I'm paying premium hosting to see if that solves it and nothing there! Did I build my page wrong?
Also, First Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift are a little bit high

The best thing to do is follow the suggestions made by GTMetix and other tools like Pagespeed Insights.
You might want to test a page without using Elementor to see if it's a theme element or an Elementor element causing the issue. On first load, I'm seeing quite a bit of CLS because of your content.
