How to increase or decrease logo size

if you have the Navigation as Header enabled in Customizer > Layout > Header then the Logo size matches the Menu Item Height you set in the Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation.

I don't have enabled Navigation as Header enabled in Customizer > Layout.

Then also I'm not able to inc or dec the logo size.
