how to increase max length of slug

My website in Hindi language. I want to use 300-400 number of characters in post slug. But not able to use more than 225 or 228 I don't know exactly. Slug automatically truncated. How to stop this?

But the answer is not updated more than 7 years.
It might be worth opening a new question on that site, but I'm assuming nothing has changed. We're not experts when it comes to this kind of thing, unfortunately.
I found a plugin named "Longer Permalinks By Giannis Economou" and currently I am using it on one of my website ( website Url साहित्य.भारत ), and it is working. Will it be safe to use ?
It should be - WP.org monitors plugins for safety :)
