How to improve core vital score?

the screenshot image is coming up not found.
I checked your site and the first thing you need to do is Right click and Inspect the page and check the red errors in the console.

Theres a lot of them - the first one is a Cached file not found. Try clearing any plugin / server caches to see if that corrects that problem. Theres no point looking at the other issues until that is resolved.

I had installed the wp rocket plugin for caching.

You may not see the error if you're logged into your site.
Make sure you have logged out and check the site in a Incognito/Private Browser.
