How to implement a search bar by tags?

Hi !
I would like to add a search bar by tags. You can see an exact example of what i want on this blog about fitness :
https://www.t-nation.com/all-articles
At the top, you can search an article by Tags, by Author...
Is there a way to do that ?

Hi Jerome,
Nothing built-in for that unfortunately and it's not a default WordPress option.
You will need to do some research and see if you can find a plugin that offers the option.
The example site you've linked isn't using WordPress so it's likely using a custom solution.
