How to hide post summary text on Post page

How do i hide the 'summary / read more' text that appears at the begin of all my posts, i.e. https://www.hol.co.uk/jersey-golf-holidays/ but keep this text displayed on the post summary page, i.e. https://www.hol.co.uk/travel-tips/?

Hi there,
Are you using a content template for single posts?
If so try removing the dynamic excerpt.
