I looked at the already opened tickets but in vain.
I want to hide the featured image from top of the page.
How to achieve that?
For example in this article https://moneymattr.com/benefits-of-credit-card/
I dont want the image but want to add one, so that while sharing it on social media, it fetches the image and show it there.GP Premium 1.7.2October 16, 2018 at 1:29 am #701946DavidStaffCustomer Support
If you want to remove them from all Posts you can do this in the Customizer > Layout > Blog > Featured Images > Posts
Or you can disable them on a page by page basis using either of these options:October 16, 2018 at 9:26 am #702418Ayush

I have the same question, hide the featured image on the news page.
At all places (archive, post and pages)I disabled the featured image, but it is still on the page. I tried additional css, but doesn’t work yet. For example: https://www.dementievriendelijknoordwijk.nl/lezing-hugo-borst-op-wereld-alzheimer-dag/

Thank you again. From now on I look first at the elements…

I’d like to remove a featured image from events posts.
Unfortuantely when I look in the layout metabox https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-metabox-overview/
On my site, I can’t hide it. The calendar plugin I’m using appears to use the field for something else that I do need. Is there any reason why I wouldn’t see the featured image as something I could hide on a page by page basis?
Thanks!March 17, 2020 at 4:10 pm #1197822
