How to get youre main menu inside a pageheader?

I'm creating a side layout where i use a pageheader as a background image. I'm not a code designer! So i have to fix it with the GP-premium theme and/or Elementor Pro.
I created a sample image where you can see how i want to create and position my navigation menu.

That header right there would be easier to create using the global header instead of page header.
