How to get rid off the transparent background in sticky navigation

Hey friends,
When you scroll down you can see that the sticky navigation is transparent. This is not what I want.
Please help with advice how to change the background to not transparent.

Hi there,
Looks like the primary menu color is set to var(--base-3) in the customizer.
Can you make sure that base 3 in global colors is not a transparent color?
