How to get rid of this gap?

Trying to create custom header with three sections to appear in a single page.
- I created a new Block in GP Elements
- Added a Container with GENERATEBLOCKS
- Added a three column grid in that Container
- Added some sample text in each Grid element
All looks good except I can't figure out how to get rid of the space Navigation Menu and the Header. Tried every spacing option I can find, but...
Perhaps this overall approach was not the way to go about it? Here's a capture of a sample page showing the gap:

edit your Block Element and make sure there isn't an empty Paragraph block below your Container Block.

Sorry-- that's WAY too easy. BUT, that was indeed what was going on. :-)
I wish there was a way to have a "reveal all" option of some type that could clearly delineate all the boundaries around the various blocks-- if you know what I mean.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
I believe the EditorsKit plugin has an option to display Block Guidelines, its whether you need the other options it provides.
