[Resolved] How to get rid of the white space on top and bottom and background image

Sorry for another support ticket. How do I get rid if the white space on top and bottom of the header image? Also I want to get rid of the hint of some image in the background that is circled in the bottom right corner of the screenshot. How do I do that? I can’t find the image anywhere.
