How to get posts to show up on Blog page?

I have activated Blog and have created a first post, but it's not showing up on the blog page (or anywhere). With a different site and theme, this was automatic. How do I get all posts to display on the Blog page?
Nevermind. I found a video explaining that I need to go to settings to select the page for posts to appear.
