    Hi,

I just published my first blog post. I have it categorized under two categories, but it’s only showing up on my blog page. I have 4 category pages on my site but the post is only showing up on the blog page. What settings will enable readers to see the post on the two category pages as well? I have put my web address below so you can see what I mean. The post is categorized as “baby” and “mama” but isn’t showing up on those pages. Thank you!

    Hi there,

on your single post, at the end of the post is the Footer Meta and that includes the 2 category terms which link to their respective category archives.

Are you wanting those links to show elsewhere ?

Yes. When I’m on the home page, I have four page categories listed under my logo. I’d like to be able to click on Baby or Mama under the logo and be able to see the post on those pages as well. As of now, when I click on the pages under the logo, Baby and Mama are empty. Well, all of them are but I’ve only published one post so far.

    Hi Julie,

I see. The links you set in your menu are incorrect. You’ll need to link the Archive page. For instance, the link you set in for “Mame” ends with /mama. It should be /category/mama.

You should select the Archive pages from the Category section when building your menu. Example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuOwWwp

Moreover, you shouldn’t need to create new static pages from the Archive pages as these are already pre-built. You only need to create one if you planning on creating something really different.
