[Resolved] How to get Hover Effect for Buttons?

I would like to have a hover effect like your prime template. I tried changing the background hover color in customize colors-buttons-background hover, but couldn’t get the hover effect. I need one more help can you please suggest how to provide spacing between links in the footer and text in the footer area.

I would recommend using GenerateBlocks. Then the buttons block would offer you the full-color controls:
