How to fix margins on "generated" pages

-- DESKTOP: Top/Bottom margins on video are correct
-- TABLET: Top/Bottom margins on video are too wide
-- MOBILE: Top/Bottom margins on video are waaaay too wide
How/where do I adjust margins for tablet and mobile?
