You definitely want to load jQuery – it’s essential for a lot of different elements within plugins and some themes.
Our sub-menu and navigation search requires it, but other plugins rely on it heavily.
Usually, the speed at which your site loads has a lot to do with your quality of hosting. If you’re experiencing really slow load time, check with your hosting provider – you might be on an overcrowded server.
The jquery file loaded in 391ms and 511ms respectively on the following tests, which also show there are several other issues associated with your site load time:
Installed WP Super Cache and Autoptimize, and the speed is phenomenal!!
Tried with W3 Total Cache, but for some reason the site was breaking apart losing all the css.
