[Support request] How to export my site?

Hi!

I’m building another website website with GeneratePress.

Is it possible to export all the settings (CSS, widgets …) to another website, which will be using the Marketer theme, too?

Hi there,

Our import/export module can do it for customizer options:

But sounds like a plugin like Duplicator would be easier for what you need:

It seems that some of the styles are not exported to my other site.

For instance, here is my website I want to export the styles from:

Here, the borders around the right-side widgets have a green border. However, they are not exported to my other site. I used the import/export tool of GeneratePress to move the settings from a site to another.

Hi there,

the GP Import / Export – only takes the theme settings.

The green border is coming from some custom CSS – i assume this is in the Customizer > Additional CSS – you will need to copy and paste this to your new site.
