How to embed internal link ? (as a card)

Hi everyone,
I have a bug some of our websites where I can't embed an internal link.
I'm not sure if it comes from GP or not as it does work on other websites with the same theme and similar plugins.
here's what I try :
1 - Deactivate all the plugins
2 - Change the theme from GP to Twenty Twenty Two
3 - Try with the plugin WP classic
4 - Put the internal link in a shortcode
5 - Put the internal link in "Custom HTML" with iframes (it's the only solution that make the internal link available but the result is not what I want at all)
6 - A lot of different things
I give you an example on a site that works with the embed internal link :
https://www.dormirbien.fr/huile-essentielle-efficace-contre-ronflement/
As you can see after the intro, I've just paste the link of the article I want embed in WP Gutemberg and it works as intended with a "card" containing the title, excerpt, featured image and logo of the website.
And most of other websites, it doesn't work though.
For example this website :
https://electroportatif.net/meilleure-scie-sauteuse/
When I do exactly the same thing and paste the URL of another of the website's page it says that there is a critical error.

and the link appears like that on the page, with URL but no permalink :

The weird thing is that when I try to embed a page of the first website on my example #1 (https://www.dormirbien.fr/) it works !

And the embed link appears correctly on the page :

I'd really appreciate your help if you could have a look on the website where the embed internal link is not working !

Edit 1 : as you can see the images that I set on this message from https://www.dormirbien.fr/ shows correctly, but not the images from https://electroportatif.net/

This isn't something the theme can control so it's highly unlikely a theme issue.

Does the issue occur when you try #2?
