How to edit Site Library (Clinic)'s secondary logo on header?

I am able to edit the main logo through Customize > Site Identity. However I am having a hard time trying to find the secondary logo. Is this an element?

It’s in a local instance so I don’t have a domain.
But you can see the secondary logo in the site library under the Clinic theme

Do you mean the logo in the sticky navigation?
If so, check Customizer > Layout > Sticky Navigation.
