How to down load Template Library for a wordpresss site?

Hi,
I am following along an instructor to build a new site with GP Premium.
When he is editting the home page, he has a Template Library that I can't find in my site. Can you please explain why?

When he is editting the home page, he has a Template Library that I can’t find in my site
GP doesn't have template library in page editor, but GenerateBlocks does (if you have GenerateBlocks and GenerateBlocks Pro installed and activated).
