How to display time next to date on the Homepage and each individual post pages

Hi could you please tell me how I can add time to the date displayed below the title on the homepage and the individual post pages? Thank you.

Sorry, this does not work, even this existing date is erased when I added this with my code snippets plugin
You can set a Custom Date to include the Time in Settings > General
eg. This will include the time as well F j, Y g:i a
