    Good evening,

    on my website

    http://www.music-on-net.de

no post tags are shown under the post title of single posts. You can only see author, date and category.

Category and post tags displayed separately would be perfect.

    Thanks for your help!

    Best regards Gerald

    Hi Gerald,

Are you talking about the archive page or the single post page?

    Let me know!

    Hi,

I talk about the single post page. In my case, it would be helpful seeing the post tags.

    Best regards

    Gerald

    Hi there,

your single post is using a Block Element for the post meta, whilst viewing the post, check the Admin Bar > elements menu to see the elements loaded on that page.

Do you see one for the post meta?

If so edit that, and duplicate one of the Headlines displaying a meta element, and change its Dynamic Data to show the tags or categories.

    Let me know.

    Hi David,

thanks for your answer. But I don’t check it completely.

I really found the element “post-meta” under “elements”. I can’t reconstruct how I made it. Maybe there was a template.

Can I send you a screenshot?

In the post meta box you can read author | date | terms.

But I find no possibility to change or add categories or tags in this line of informations.

    Best regards

    Gerald

    Maybe there was a template.

That looks to be the case:

    To add the post tags:

    1. Add a GB headline block by clicking the plus icon:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/lo8Bl1gfRWEl

    2. Then turn on the dynamic data, select List of terms under text tyle and post_tag under Taxonomy:

Please refer to the documentation here for more info:

    Hi Leo,

I surrender. The situation is as you described in screenshot #1.

I can add a headline element as described, choose “list of terms”, choose “category” or “post tags” (I want both!), but in the final layout it looks horrible. I don’t know how to transfer it in smaller letters.

    Thank you for your help.

    Best regards

    Gerald

    P.S.

Can you please tell me, where I got the templates for my used elements – for example the footer element. Thank you. I can’t find it out at the moment.

    Yes: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#uploading-screenshots

That being said, screenshot don’t usually help with this as I need to see the code.

Sorry, I don’t know what to do, to show and send you the code!

You can start by posting a screenshot I guess.

Did you see my link above on how to post a screenshot?

    Gerald

I can see the link, I can open the link, but I can’t see the possibility to upload my screenshots.
