How to display header over landing page build with builder

Hello,
On the below page, you can see there is no header. The page is built through thrive architect.

I want to display my generate press designed header, which is visible on the below page.

Can you first make sure you are disabling the theme header/footer using one of the two methods here?

If not then you will need to check with Thrive's support team - it's likely that you are using a setting in the plugin that's removing all the theme elements to give you a blank page to work with the page builder.
