How to display a custom page with desktop layout in mobile and tablet

I have a custom page that needs to be displayed in the desktop layout on both mobile and tablet. How can I force that page to show in desktop layout in both mobile and tablet?
Hi Chris,
That's not very easy as you will need to override a lot of CSS comes with the theme/WordPress/plugins.
Can you show me the page?
