nope - you would need a plugin like WP Show Posts - you can then use a Hook Element to add the WP Show Post shortcode to the generate_after_content hook and set your Display Rules to Posts > All Posts.

I'm using Dispatch from site library, and I want to show recent posts on Where its written More Articles at the bottom of front page.

But from the conversation above, I have no clue how to make a hook.

In the Dispatch template, the posts on homepage are added via shortcode generated by WP show posts plugin.

You can create new post list depending on your needs in the WP show posts plugin, then add the newly generated shortcode to homepage or wherever you want.
