How to disable tittle on hover an image

Hi there,
I am just wondering if it's possible to hide the tittle on hover from the images of a galerry on wordpress.
A client is asking me for that and I thought a simple CSS would be enough but I am not reaching a successfull solution.
Do you have any recommendations on that?
