how to design custom post type

Hello
1. Is there a way for non-developers/designers to design a custom post type?
I know that we can create custom post types using ACF and other plugins, but how do we make the output on the front end look good?
2. Will we be able to design custom post types using the GP 2.0 premium theme builder

Thanks
Hi there,
that really depends on your Custom Post Type Template.
What are you using the CPT for ?
Hi David,
I am looking to create an affiliate directory where the affiliate link is placed in a big button beside the featured image.
Something that looks similar to this https://a.cl.ly/xQunoXeZ
I also want to add another video icon with a button which popups up with the video when clicked on. I will need a developers help with this though.
Thanks
You could do it with the new GPP 2.0.
First off you would need to make sure the CPT Templates are compatible. This article explains here how to re-use GP templates:
Then your CPT would need to have Custom Fields for your affiliate link and video link.
With the GPP 2.0 Block Element you can create your archive content template and include your custom field data in as Dyanamic Headline or Button Block, by selecting the Post Meta option.
