THE PAGE “COOKIES POLICY” APPEARS IN THE SIDE MENU AND IN THE FOOTER, I WANT IT NOT TO APPEAR ON THE SIDE MENU BUT ON THE FOOTER

You need to edit that slideout menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.

Inside Dashboard > Appearance > Menus, select the “Manage Locations” tab and then select the correct menu you want to display for the slideout menu.
