How to delete the footer from this page or make the footer go near the end of the page ?

in Appearance > GeneratePress, make sure you have the
Disable Elementsmodule enabled.
Then edit the Page and use the Disable Elements metabox:https://docs.generatepress.com/article/disable-elements-overview/
To disable the Footer
